We’re an Airbnb consulting company helping hosts and property owners improve their listings, increase bookings, and grow their short-term rental business.
We’re looking for a proactive Outbound Setter who can start conversations, follow up consistently, and book qualified prospects for strategy calls with our team.
What You’ll Do
Reach out to Airbnb hosts and property owners through cold email, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Make outbound phone calls to prospects and interested leads.
Follow up with leads consistently and ensure they show up for their booked strategy/sales calls.
Qualify interested prospects and book them into our sales calendar.
Track conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM/Google Sheets.
Take ownership of your leads instead of waiting to be told what to do next.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people.
Confident, clear, and qualified communication.
Consistent with follow-ups and comfortable handling rejection.




Organized and comfortable using Google Sheets and basic sales tools.
Proactive, reliable, coachable, and willing to learn fast.
Previous sales, telecalling, appointment-setting, or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Logistics
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Commitment: 4–5 hours/day, Monday–Saturday
Duration: 2–3 months
Stipend: Rs. 5000-8000/pm + Performance Incentives
