Role Summary:
The Closing Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales closures and revenue generation for assigned real estate projects. The role will involve managing the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and client engagement to site visits, negotiations, booking and closure. The incumbent will also manage channel partners, support the sales team in achieving targets, and build strong relationships with prospective customers and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive monthly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
Own the sales closure pipeline and ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.
Monitor leads, site visits, negotiations, bookings and collections.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion ratios and overall sales performance.
2. Sales Closures & Client Management




Handle high-value prospects and personally drive critical sales closures.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project/product offerings.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through booking and agreement.
Build robust relationships with customers to improve conversion and referrals.
3. Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and real estate brokers.
Drive channel partner activation, empanelment and business generation.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with channel partners.
Track partner-wise performance and develop action plans to improve productivity.
4. Lead Generation & Market Development
Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Explore new customer segments, markets and business opportunities.
