Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular status updates, meetings, and reports.
- Identify potential roadblocks early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
