Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging IT professionals on bench, marketing their profiles to potential clients and vendors,



and securing suitable project opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, maintaining solid relationships with consultants and clients, negotiating rates and contract terms, and tracking the status of profiles and requirements. The role also involves coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, managing documentation and compliance, and updating internal systems and reports. Collaboration with the sales and recruitment teams to align bench marketing strategies with business goals is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
Strong IT bench sales and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and marketing IT consultants to clients and vendor partners.
Experience with US staffing processes, including familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), contract negotiations, and compliance.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social
