Role Overview:
The Global HR Data & Analytics team enables insight-led decision making across the enterprise by providing trusted, consistent, and scalable workforce data, reporting, and analytics support.
As part of the Global Capability Center, the HR Data Analyst serves as a key member of a centralized analytics delivery model. This role provides scalable reporting, data validation, compliance data preparation, analytics operations, tool access support, and documentation across regions, functions, and Centers of Excellence.
The role is focused on high-quality execution within a global framework, supporting standardized reporting processes, responding to data requests, recurring scorecard updates, survey/tool enablement, and operational support for HR data products.
Core Responsibilities:
Analytics Operations & Reporting Support:
Produce standard reports, recurring scorecards, and scheduled reporting updates.
Fulfill low-to-moderate complexity ad hoc data requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare workforce data cuts by region, business unit, location, function, leader, population, or time
