Role Description The Group Product Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the strategy and performance of a portfolio of pharmaceutical brands. The role involves defining product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle,



and driving portfolio growth through market analysis and positioning. Daily activities include monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and prescription data, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical, R&D;, and Supply Chain, and developing marketing plans and brand communication. The Group Product Manager will guide and mentor product management teams, review campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and ethical standards. The role also includes preparing performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including portfolio planning, positioning, and lifecycle management.
