Role Description The RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Contract) will provide training services, including psychological assessments,



diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for diverse client populations. The role involves applying research-informed therapeutic techniques, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement of clinical protocols. The clinical psychologist will also provide psychoeducation, preventive mental health guidance, and, where required, clinical supervision to junior practitioners or trainees. This is a contract-based remote role that requires consistent availability, adherence to skilled boundaries, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
