BabyBillion is building a safe, smart and engaging learning platform for young children aged 2–8.
We create and curate short-form content across stories, rhymes, learning, habits, festivals, moral lessons and everyday skills. Our goal is to build one of India's largest and highest-quality kids content libraries while keeping the experience completely ad-free and parent-friendly.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Ad Scriptwriter who can consistently create high-performing video ad concepts and scripts for BabyBillion.
This is not a traditional content-writing role. The objective is easy: understand parents, identify what will stop them from scrolling, and convert those insights into ads that drive clicks, trials and subscriptions.
You will work closely with the Growth, Creative and Video teams and continuously create, test and improve new hooks, angles and formats based on actual ad performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write short-form performance ad scripts for Meta and Google Ads.
Create strong first 2 to 3 second hooks that immediately capture attention.




Develop multiple creative angles around the same product proposition.
Write scripts across formats such as:
UGC
Parent testimonials
Problem-solution
Emotional storytelling
Product demonstration
Founder/expert-led ads
Comparison ads
Offer-led ads
Educational hooks
Understand the problems, aspirations and behaviour of parents and convert those insights into strong ad concepts.
Create multiple variations of winning scripts instead of constantly starting from scratch.
Work closely with video editors and creators to ensure scripts translate well into videos.
Study Meta and Google ad performance to understand which hooks, messaging, angles and concepts are working.
Build a continuous pipeline of new ad concepts, hooks and creative ideas.
Track competitors, parenting brands, consumer apps and performance-ad trends for inspiration.
Produce scripts at high volume while maintaining quality and clarity.
