About the Role
Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of hospitality and commercial interior projects for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in hospitality interiors, furniture design, FF&E;, space planning, and project execution.
This role requires a balance of design innovation and technical expertise, with the ability to collaborate closely with clients, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetically compelling, and production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Concept Development
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for hospitality and residential projects.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, finish selections,
and design presentations.
- Develop space-planning solutions that align with client requirements, brand standards, and project objectives.
- Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
Hospitality Design & FF&E;
- Design guest rooms, public areas, lobbies, lounges, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.
- Develop and specify FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with hospitality brand standards and operational needs.
- Coordinate material selections, finishes, and product specifications.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather client feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
