Dentzz Dental is an award winning brand of multi speciality dental clinics based in India and Dubai. We're looking for an Operations Manager to build and run the systems that keep a high growth, multi-location practice running efficiently.
This role is based in Mumbai, with a requirement to travel within India and internationally as needed.

The Role:
You'll own end to end operations for the practice, from the tech systems that power patient communication, to the people who deliver the experience, to the vendors and processes behind the scenes. This is a hands on role for someone who can both design a process and make sure it's followed.

What You'll Do
- Set up and manage tech driven processes automated appointment systems, automated email/communication flows, and other tools that reduce manual work and improve patient experience.
- Lead hiring for the team: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships: pricing, contracts,



and service quality across suppliers and service providers.
- Build and maintain SOPs and internal controls to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality across all locations.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively fix them you don't wait to be told something's broken.
- Handle the full range of day to day operational responsibilities expected of an Ops Manager in a fast growing, premium healthcare practice staffing, logistics, budgeting oversight, vendor coordination, and cross-team problem solving.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or another service-driven premium brand.
- Strong working knowledge of automation and process tools (appointment systems, CRM/email automation, etc.) You don't need to code, but you need to know what's possible and how to implement it.
- Experience hiring and interviewing. You can assess talent, not just process paperwork.
