Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Professional with strong knowledge of the Mumbai property market to manage residential, commercial and retail real estate transactions.
The person will be responsible for property sourcing, site visits, negotiations, transaction closure and relationship management across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify residential, commercial office, retail and investment properties across Mumbai.
Build a robust network of property owners, developers, landlords, channel partners and local brokers.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable properties based on location, budget, size, yield and investment potential.
Handle residential leasing/sale, commercial leasing/sale and retail property transactions.
Conduct property inspections and coordinate site visits with clients.




Develop and maintain a live property inventory with pricing, availability and owner details.
Generate business through direct clients, corporate relationships, references, channel partners and market networking.
Negotiate commercial terms between owners, developers and clients and drive transactions to closure.
Prepare property proposals, comparative analysis and commercial offers.
Track Mumbai market trends, rentals, capital values and upcoming developments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat/referral business.
Coordinate with legal, documentation and internal teams until transaction closure.
Maintain accurate pipeline, inventory and follow-up records through CRM/MIS.

Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in Mumbai real estate.
Strong exposure to commercial and residential real estate; retail experience will be an advantage.
