Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with experience in IT Recruitment, Contract Staffing, or C2H hiring . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, good communication abilities, and experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Understand IT skill requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various IT skills.
- Manage candidate negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and track hiring performance.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills




- 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / IT Staffing .
- Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing or C2H recruitment is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical skill requirements.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualification
Any Graduate with relevant experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / Contract Staffing.
