Business Development Intern – Fresher

About the Role

Collabio is looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, fluent in English, and interested in lead generation and client outreach. The role will primarily involve connecting with brands and decision-makers through LinkedIn and email.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential brands and relevant decision-makers.
* Connect with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Founders, and other key contacts on LinkedIn.
* Send professional and personalized emails to potential leads.
* Conduct LinkedIn, email, and other public outreach for lead generation.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Build and maintain a database of relevant brand leads.
* Track daily outreach, responses, and leads generated.
* Be capable of handling 400–500 outreach activities per day across LinkedIn,



email, and other channels.

Requirements

* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Fluent in English, especially written communication.
* Confident in approaching and communicating with professionals.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn for networking and outreach.
* Good research and lead-generation skills.
* Proactive, consistent, and target-oriented.
* Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining professionalism.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.
