Role Summary:

The Performance Marketing Executive/Manager will report to the Head of Nutraceutical. The candidate will support in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other performance channels. The role is focused on driving qualified traffic, low-cost leads, effective conversions, and measurable revenue growth for nutraceutical brands across D2C and marketplace channels

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplaces with focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion uplift.
• Translate business goals into media plans, budgets, and campaign KPIs with the Head of Nutraceutical.
• Optimize ads continuously for conversion improvement.
• Run campaigns for launches, lead gen, retargeting, acquisition, and repeat purchase growth.
• Support Amazon ads to boost listing visibility and conversions.
• Test creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences; document and share learnings fast.
• Track performance daily via GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Sheets dashboards.




• Coordinate cross‑functionally with creative, content, e‑commerce, and sales to align campaigns with stock, pricing, and promos.
• Diagnose underperformance early and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Maintain reporting hygiene with clean naming, UTM discipline, and attribution accuracy.
• Deliver reports weekly/monthly on spend, leads, sales, ROAS, CAC, funnel drop‑offs, and action points

Core Deliverables:

• Weekly performance dashboard with spend, leads, conversions, ROAS, and key learnings.
• Campaign optimization log with actions taken and outcomes.
• Monthly media performance review and next-month action plan.
• Creative and audience test summary with winning combinations clearly documented.

Performance Metrics / KPIs:

• ROAS and contribution to revenue.
• Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Conversion rate from click to lead and lead to sale.
• CTR, CPC, CPM, and landing page performa
