Role Description:
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner (Founder), the Team Head – Digital Marketing & PR is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the firm’s digital presence and public relations strategy.
This role oversees planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email, ensuring consistent brand positioning and alignment with business goals.
Lead rankings submissions (Legal 500, Chambers, IFLR, etc.) and awards strategy.
The individual will manage content creation and distribution, coordinate PR activities including press releases and media outreach,



and develop thought leadership initiatives for partners and practice groups. (LinkedIn, newsletters, whitepapers, webinars, bylines).
Drive digital presence (website SEO, LinkedIn company & personal branding).
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing digital metrics, optimizing online visibility, managing external agencies or vendors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business development and client engagement. The role also involves maintaining brand guidelines, overseeing website and SEO updates, and handling crisis communication in coordination with senior leadership when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; with minimum experience 2 years. advanced certifications in digital marketing or PR are an advantage.
