Role Description The BSP Architect will lead the design, development, and integration of Board Support Packages for embedded platforms, ensuring robust hardware–software interaction and system stability. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining BSP architecture, configuring and porting operating systems, optimizing bootloaders, and enabling device drivers for various processors and SoCs. The role involves collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to review system requirements, perform root cause analysis of low-level issues, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across the product lifecycle. The BSP Architect will also create technical documentation, support code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to best practices and reusable frameworks for embedded solutions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
