Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for
hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
maintaining IT infrastructure, managing IT assets, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth
operation of all IT systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT
peripherals.
 Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, business applications, antivirus
software, and productivity tools.
 Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-
related issues.
 Configure user accounts, email IDs, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and access
permissions.
 Maintain and track IT assets, including laptops, desktops, software licenses, accessories,
and inventory records.




 Perform regular system health checks, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
 Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
 Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, SOPs, and support logs.
 Participate in IT audits and compliance activities by ensuring accurate documentation
and software license compliance.
 Support network devices such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and printers.
 Ensure data security by following company IT policies and implementing endpoint
security measures.
 Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by configuring and recovering IT assets.
 Monitor backup processes and report any system issues promptly.
Required Skills
 Robust knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
 Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
 Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/
