About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Fund Raising to support the company's capital management and financing activities. This role will play a critical part in debt fundraising, lender management, financial modeling, project finance, and transaction execution for large-scale residential and commercial real estate developments.
The ideal candidate will possess solid financial analysis skills, exposure to fundraising and credit processes, and a solid understanding of real estate finance. This is an execution-focused role that involves direct interaction with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders while supporting ongoing funding transactions and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:




Fund Raising & Debt Financing:
- Support debt fundraising initiatives through banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Assist in debt syndication activities including lender identification, documentation, coordination, and execution support.
- Prepare lender presentations, credit notes, project summaries, and funding proposals.
- Conduct comparative analysis of financing options, term sheets, and borrowing structures.
- Support negotiations through financial analysis and cost-comparison reports.

Financial Analysis & Modeling:
- Prepare and maintain CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data for credit facilities and lender submissions.
- Develop and update financial models including:
- Three-statement financial models
- Cash flow projections
- Project feasibility models
- IRR and NPV analysis
- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and l
