• Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours.
• Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication.

• Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
