Role Description The Freelance Video Editor role at Gaze & Grow Media is a part-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. The Video Editor will edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for branding, digital campaigns, and social media. Daily responsibilities include organizing assets, applying color grading, refining audio and visuals,



and integrating motion graphics or static graphics in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, ensure consistency with brand identity, and deliver projects within agreed timelines. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, adhere to quality standards, and provide creative input to enhance overall video storytelling.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and assembling cohesive narratives.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the aesthetic quality of content.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
