Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Representative (MR) role based in Delhi NCR. The Medical Representative will visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and explain the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining professional relationships, providing product information, collecting feedback, and ensuring regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals.



The role involves achieving sales targets, preparing visit reports, and staying updated with medical and product knowledge. The Medical Representative will also coordinate with internal teams for orders, deliveries, and customer support to ensure a positive experience for healthcare partners.
Qualifications
Strong Medical Sales skills, including relationship building and target-driven sales.
Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for interactions with healthcare professionals.
Basic knowledge of Medicine to understand product benefits, indications, and usage.
Understanding of Pharmacy practices and terminology to communicate effectively with pharmacists.
Relevant education in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare sales is an advantage.
