About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven performance marketer who thrives on scaling growth and solving complex acquisition challenges. As Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving app installs, first orders, and user re-engagement through high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning numbers, running experiments, and scaling performance campaigns aggressively. You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, using data and experimentation to unlock sustainable user growth.

What You’ll Own
User Acquisition & Growth
Drive app acquisition and first-order growth through performance marketing channels.
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (UAC, Demand Gen, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Advantage+ App Campaigns, Sales campaigns).
Build scalable acquisition funnels focused on install → order conversion.





Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns from planning and setup to optimization and scaling.
Continuously test audience strategies, campaign structures, and bidding models to improve performance.
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels.

Experimentation & Creative Iteration
Run rapid experiments across creatives, audiences, and messaging to unlock performance gains.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and growth experiments.
Drive a solid test-and-learn culture within performance marketing.

Data, Attribution & Measurement
Obsess over install, order attribution, and performance measurement.
Track and optimize key metrics including CPI, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV.
Leverage insights from MMP platforms and analytics dashboards to improve campaign performance.
