Your mission
We’re looking for a Senior Level Designer to own the quality of our learning experiences from brief through to release. You’ll turn learning objectives, expert input and creative briefs into experiences that are engaging, realistic and genuinely useful — then build and iterate them yourself.
What you’ll do
Design clear, engaging experiences with meaningful decisions, feedback, consequences and failure states.
Build and iterate experiences in Unreal Engine 5 and our authoring platform.
Use AI and agentic tools such as Claude Code to accelerate production across specs, scenes, assets, voice, video and more.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure safety-critical content reflects real-world procedures.
Own your modules through production, localisation, QA and release.
Review and mentor other designers,
helping raise the bar for level design across the team.
Improve the workflows, tools and pipeline we use to build experiences.
What we’re looking for
3+ years’ experience in game or level design, including ownership of a shipped product or significant part of one.
Deep Unreal Engine 5 experience.
Proven experience using AI/agentic coding tools in production. This is a requirement.
Robust design fundamentals across pacing, readability, player decision-making, feedback, consequence and failure handling.
A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, polished level design.
Evidence that you’ve improved how a team works — through a workflow, tool, technique or process.
Comfortable working in a repo with branches, pull requests and reviews.
Strong communication, judgement and ownership.
Experience with VR, web builds, localisation, safety training or industrial environments is a bonus.
