Responsibilities:
Sales & Brand Promotion:
- Promote and represent assigned brands effectively to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets as per daily and monthly plans.
- Follow established sales plans and LAG (Look, Act, Guide) rules to maximize sales performance.
Customer Assistance:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and engagement.
Store Operations & Maintenance:
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store and work area.
- Manage inventory and support restocking as required.
