We are looking for a creative and energetic Jr. Social Media Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day content execution and help strengthen MultiFit's digital presence across social media platforms.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, shooting reels, writing captions and scripts, following social media trends, and being involved in the complete content execution process.
Role Overview
The Jr. Social Media Manager will support the planning, creation, execution, and management of MultiFit's social media content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content, be comfortable coordinating shoots,



and have the creativity to turn fitness, trainers, events, campaigns, and brand stories into engaging digital content.
The role will involve working closely with the marketing, fitness, design, video, and event teams to ensure consistent and engaging content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Shooting
Ideate and create engaging social media content around fitness, wellness, trainers, workouts, events, offers, and brand initiatives.
Participate in and coordinate regular content shoots across MultiFit locations.
Shoot basic videos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage using smartphones/cameras.
Identify interesting moments, trends, and stories that can be converted into social media content.
Work with trainers and internal teams to capture authentic, engaging fitness content.
Assist in planning shoot requirements, locations, props, talent, and content flow.
