Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Any Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years overall, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
- Process Experience: Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).
- Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
Skills and Abilities:
- Performance Metrics Handling: Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT
- Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languages
