The Civil Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil works on various projects. The role involves leading a team of engineers, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing timelines and budgets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare detailed project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Manage end-to-end civil execution including excavation, RCC, shuttering, finishing, and external
- development works.

2. Team & Contractor Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and in office staff.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

3. Quality Control & Safety
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure work quality and material specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.




- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the construction site.

4. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimations.
- Track project costs, variations, and implement cost control measures.
- Approve vendor bills, material procurement requests, and monitor inventory usage.

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate site records, DPRs (daily progress reports), and MIS reports.
- Provide timely updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, design standards, and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP tools.
- Leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
