Roles & Responsibilities
Work with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements.
Design and configure HCM solutions based on business needs.
Implement and support Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence modules.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT and end-user training.
Support integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
Provide SME guidance on HR process optimization and best practices.
Handle production support, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Lead workshops and client discussions.
Preferred Skills
Oracle Fusion HCM / SuccessFactors / Workday Certification.
Experience in at least 2-3 HCM modules.
Knowledge of HR employee lifecycle processes.
Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
