About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Ads Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, performance marketing, campaign analytics, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage end-to-end marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
* Develop marketplace advertising strategies aligned with sales, revenue, ROAS, and profitability objectives.
* Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace ad formats.
* Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales.




* Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure productive utilization of ad spends.
* Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while reducing inefficient spends.
* Analyze product-level performance and recommend strategies for improving visibility, conversions, and profitability.
* Work closely with marketplace, content, creative, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
* Track marketplace trends, competitor activity, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising opportunities.
* Conduct A/B testing of keywords, bids, creatives, targeting, and campaign structures.
* Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement corrective strategies.
* Mentor and guide junior marketplace advertising team members where required.
