You’ll Make a Difference By
The BIM Modeler supports the BIM Manager and project team in delivering compliant BIM, VDC and digital engineering requirements throughout project execution.
Attend VDC/BIM coordination meetings during design and construction phases to identify and resolve design conflicts,
site constraints and multidisciplinary interface issues.
Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, M&E; and System-Wide Contractors in the exchange and consolidation of BIM models and project information.
Develop, maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project BIM standards, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), information management requirements and ISO 19650 principles.
Produce and update engineering drawings, layouts and submission documents using Revit, and AutoCAD.
Manage BIM deliverables and model information within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, ProjectWise or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Perform model quality checks and ensure compliance with project modelling standards, naming conventions, coordinate systems and data requirements.
Monitor BIM model health and resolve modelling issues identified through audits and reviews.
Create and maintain Revit content, including parametric families,
