? Target Customers
You will be responsible for B2B/B2C sales and business development targeting:
? Hotels & Guest Houses
? Apartments & Residential Societies
? Rented Buildings & Rental Properties
?️ Builders, Property Owners & Facility Managers
? Candidate Requirements
? Graduation in any stream
? 0–3 years of sales experience — freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
? Must have a two-wheeler
? Valid driving licence is mandatory
? Must be currently living in Patna
?️ Good communication and negotiation skills
? Target-oriented and willing to work in the field
? Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
? Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in Patna
Generate leads and conduct field visits
Demonstrate Greenstark's smart water management solutions
Convert leads into customers
Build relationships with hotels, apartments, landlords and property managers
Achieve monthly sales targets

? Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience and skills.
