Role Description The PLCS Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballia, responsible for supporting and driving sales of PLCS (Personal Loans Cross Sell or related consumer lending solutions, as applicable to the business line). The role involves managing daily sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, explaining product offerings, and converting opportunities through effective customer engagement.



This position supports branch and regional sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, monitoring performance, and implementing local sales strategies. The PLCS Assistant Sales Manager coordinates with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and providing feedback to improve processes, customer experience, and overall portfolio quality.
