Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of Academic
Counsellors handling the US market. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, mentor team members,
achieve revenue targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Academic Counsellors.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and sales performance.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance improvement sessions.
• Drive lead conversion and revenue achievement for the US market.
• Analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and share regular performance reports.
• Support hiring, onboarding,



and training of team members.
• Motivate the team to consistently achieve business goals.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Education Consulting, or Academic Counselling.
• Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.
• Experience in handling international/US sales will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
