Aignosis is an AI-powered neurohealth-tech startup building scalable solutions for early detection of autism and neurodevelopmental conditions. We work closely with pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to enable early screening and intervention.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Medical Representative to promote Aignosis’ AI-based developmental screening solution to pediatricians, child development centers, and healthcare institutions.
This is a field-based role requiring daily doctor visits and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Visit pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
Present and explain Aignosis’ screening solution confidently
Build and maintain long-term doctor relationships
Generate leads and support onboarding of partner centers
Organize awareness camps and assist in clinic activations
Submit regular field activity and performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
Energetic and self-motivated individual with a go-getter attitude
Education: Graduate / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc.
2–3 years experience in pharma / medical device / healthcare sales (mandatory)
Fluency in spoken English & Hindi & Tamil
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Two-wheeler mandatory (travel involved)
Added Advantage
Ability to speak the local regional language
Experience in Pediatric Pharma / Pediatric Medical Devices / Pediatric Hospitals
