Role Description The Internal Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for planning, executing,
and overseeing internal audits across finance, accounting, and operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of internal controls. The Internal Audit Manager will review financial statements and records, assess risk areas, test controls, and prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations. Day-to-day activities include coordinating audit schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings, and supporting improvements in policies, procedures, and systems. This role also involves guiding junior audit staff, contributing to best practices in internal audit, and supporting client engagements where internal audit and financial controls are critical.
Qualifications
Strong finance and accounting skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and understand complex transactions.
