About the Role
BuildAmbit is looking for a Head, Corporate Partnerships to build and lead our corporate talent and placement ecosystem across the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
The core mandate is to build strong relationships with large and mid-sized AEC organisations, understand their talent requirements, and create consistent hiring and placement opportunities for BuildAmbit's trained and industry-ready learners.
This role sits at the intersection of Corporate Partnerships, Employer Relations, and Placements, with a strong focus on creating meaningful hiring outcomes for BuildAmbit learners.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with large, mid-sized, and emerging AEC organisations across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, BIM, and allied sectors.
Develop relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads,



Business Heads, Design Heads, Project Heads, and hiring managers.
Build a robust pipeline of corporate hiring requirements and placement opportunities.
Understand employer requirements including roles, skills, experience, locations, compensation, and hiring timelines.
Map the right BuildAmbit learners and graduates to relevant job opportunities.
Own the placement lifecycle from requirement identification and candidate mapping to interviews, selection, offer, and joining.
Work closely with Program, Learner Success, and internal placement teams to ensure candidates are job-ready.
Drive employer engagement initiatives including placement drives, recruitment days, interviews, industry interactions, internships, and projects.
Maintain regular engagement with corporate partners to generate repeat and recurring hiring opportunities.
