Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer service targets.




Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in customer service, BPO, or voice process will be preferred.
Graduation/12th qualification as per process requirements.
