Role Description The YouTube Growth Representative will work full time in office at Oliveboard’s Bengaluru office, focusing on expanding the reach and impact of the company’s YouTube presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating video content aligned with exam preparation themes, collaborating with faculty and content teams to produce engaging educational videos,



and managing upload schedules and channel workflows. The role involves monitoring channel performance, optimizing video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for discoverability, and implementing strategies to increase subscribers, views, and audience engagement. The YouTube Growth Representative will also engage with the community through comments and live sessions, gather audience insights, and share regular performance reports to inform future content and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for educational and marketing content.
