Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Artificial Intelligence Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of AI tools and solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of AI platforms, generative AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging digital trends to improve productivity, efficiency, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and technologies
Train employees on the effective use of AI platforms and applications
Develop AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency
Support automation of routine business processes
Collaborate with departments to identify AI integration opportunities
Create prompts, templates, and AI-assisted content solutions
Monitor AI trends, updates, and best practices
Ensure ethical and secure use of AI technologies within the organization
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to AI initiatives




Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
Knowledge of AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms
Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools

Experience
