Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thane,



responsible for managing and optimizing real estate assets and tenancies across Seed Realty’s portfolios. The role includes overseeing property operations, coordinating lease administration, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring timely handling of utilities, inspections, and documentation. The Real Estate Manager will collaborate closely with the research and consulting team to support entry and exit decisions, fair value reporting, and performance analysis for commercial and residential properties. Daily tasks involve monitoring market trends, supporting negotiations, coordinating with banks and external partners when needed, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual in this role will contribute to improving portfolio performance and client satisfaction through proactive management and clear communication.
