The Role
We are looking for an Associate – Application Production Support qualified to provide functional and technical support for applications within the HR Functions domain. The role involves application troubleshooting, production monitoring, incident management, maintenance and process improvement. The candidate will work closely with development, testing,



operations and security compliance teams to provide effective technical and functional solutions to end users.
Responsibilities
Application Production Support
Perform application support activities and further industrialize support processes.
Manage the support mailbox and process user requests and queries.
Manage user access and investigate and resolve technical support issues.
Perform regular system checks and maintain appropriate documentation.
Build and maintain process documentation for further enhancements.
Manage incidents and ensure reported issues are properly logged, investigated, understood, explained and followed up to prevent recurrence.
Attend stand-ups and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
Follow established ITSM, Incident and Problem Management processes.
Production Monitoring & Performance
Proactively monitor, manage and improve the availability and performance of production environments across presentation, application, middleware and database layers
