As we continue to expand our presence across India, we are now looking to establish a strong sales presence in Bangalore. This role will play an important part in building the PropFlo market in Bangalore by identifying real estate businesses, creating current opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role :
We are looking for a Sales Executive SaaS / PropTech who can take ownership of business development and sales for the Bangalore market.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling to real estate developers/builders, preferably with exposure to SaaS, CRM, PropTech, or technology products.
This is a high-ownership, market-building role. Since our core operations are based in Hyderabad, the person will be expected to independently develop the Bangalore market,



build relationships with prospects, generate opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and drive deals from initial conversation to closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Market Expansion :
Identify and build a pipeline of real estate developers, builders, and relevant businesses across Bangalore.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, references, and industry connections.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within real estate organizations.
Map the Bangalore real estate market and identify potential accounts and growth opportunities.
Represent PropFlo in client meetings, industry events, networking forums, and other relevant platforms.
