About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager – Public Relations to lead media engagement, strengthen the organization’s public image, manage reputation and crisis communications, and build strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and PR agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across print and digital media, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to identify relevant news opportunities and develop compelling story angles.

Key Responsibilities
Lead media management and relations, acting as a key point of contact for journalists, editors, media houses, and industry publications.
Develop and execute strategic PR and media relations plans to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and positive public perception.
Build and maintain strong relationships with print, digital, and other relevant media outlets and journalists.
Generate current story ideas, news hooks,



and creative angles aligned with the company’s business, achievements, leadership, projects, and industry developments.
Identify proactive media opportunities and convert company developments into relevant and compelling stories.
Manage crisis communications and develop timely, clear, and effective responses to reputational or media-related issues.
Own online reputation management by monitoring media coverage, social media conversations, reviews, and public sentiment, and coordinating appropriate responses.
Maintain good and productive relationships with PR/media agencies; brief agencies effectively, review plans and outputs, and ensure delivery against communication objectives.
Work closely with external PR agencies, journalists, internal leadership, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging.
