Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchase Engineer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Purchase Engineer will manage end-to-end purchasing processes for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with project requirements. Responsibilities include planning purchase schedules based on project timelines, preparing and tracking purchase orders,



coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves evaluating quotations, negotiating prices and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any supply-related issues. The Purchase Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and accounts to support smooth project execution and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including purchase management and purchase planning.
Experience handling purchase orders and related documentation in a construction or real estate environment.
Well-developed analytical skills for comparing vendor proposals, optimizing costs, and supporting data-based decisions.
Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering Civil, Supply
