Key Skills:
ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization
Experience in one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, SPM, or related areas
JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations
Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and Automation capabilities
Requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support
Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications
Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancements, or support projects
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
