The Visual Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that communicate Kriam Pharma’s mission and product offerings. This role involves designing graphics, social media creatives, product visuals, and digital campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.

The Visual Content Creator collaborates with marketing, product, and medical teams to translate complex healthcare information into clear, engaging visual stories. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, creating and editing images and short-form videos, preparing assets for web and print, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms. The role also includes participating in creative brainstorming, ensuring compliance with healthcare communication standards, and delivering projects within deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.




Strong skills in visual design and layout using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar platforms.
Experience in motion graphics, basic video editing, and creation of short-form video content for digital channels.
Ability to develop visual concepts and storytelling aligned with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and audience needs.
Knowledge of digital and social media content formats, including best practices for web, mobile, and social platforms.
Understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and image optimization for print and digital media.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and refine visual content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and medical affairs.
