Role Description The Account Team Lead is a full time, on-site role in Kamthi, responsible for managing daily account operations and leading a team supporting key client relationships. The role includes client management, service monitoring, team coordination, performance tracking, reporting, compliance, and issue resolution. The position also focuses on process improvement, account growth, and maintaining a professional, accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Ownership: UAE Client Accounting, Financial Reporting, VAT & Corporate Tax




Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple UAE clients using Tally Prime Gold.
Handle sales, purchases, cash/bank transactions, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and monthly financial reports.
Manage customer invoicing and coordinate supplier/vendor payments.
Prepare UAE VAT workings, reconciliations, returns, registrations, amendments, and deregistrations.
Handle VAT reconsideration requests and EmaraTax portal activities.
Support Corporate Tax registration, compliance, and documentation.
Assist with financial statements and resolve client accounting queries.
Review accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely accounting corrections.
