Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Manager professional who understands the finance creator ecosystem and has experience working with finance, fintech, BFSI, stock market, investing, insurance or business creators.
The ideal candidate should have experience working at an influencer marketing agency, talent management company, creator management firm, where they have managed finance-focused campaigns and creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for finance, fintech and BFSI brands.
Identify and build relationships with relevant finance creators, influencers and digital educators.
Understand the client's marketing objective and create suitable creator/campaign strategies.




Coordinate with creators and talent management agencies for negotiations, deliverables, timelines and content approvals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly from briefing to reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare insights around reach, engagement, views, conversions and other relevant metrics.
Stay updated on finance creator trends, emerging creators and the evolving fintech/BFSI influencer ecosystem.
Ensure influencer content follows the required brand guidelines and applicable finance/BFSI communication requirements.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or digital marketing.
Experience working with finance/BFSI/fintech creators is strongly preferred.
Candidates from influencer marketing agencies, talent management firms or creator management companies are preferred.
