About the Role
JA Foods is building its own premium, D2C food brand, marking our expansion into the premium dry fruits category with innovative packaging. As part of this new project, we're looking for a driven Sales Associate to build and grow our client base within the affluent customer segment. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with an FMCG food brand, specifically within premium product lines, and understands how to engage and sell to a discerning, affluent audience. This role is central to driving corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, and seasonal/festive sales, and requires someone who can build outreach strategies and grow a strong client network.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for bulk and seasonal/festive orders




Build and execute outreach and sales strategies to acquire new premium and affluent customer segments
Develop and maintain a strong client network, focusing on long-term relationships and repeat business
Represent the brand in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with the premium positioning of the products
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment for bulk and corporate clients
Stay updated on market trends, festive/seasonal buying patterns, and competitor activity within the premium food space

Requirements
3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably with an FMCG food brand in the premium product category
Preference to experience selling to or engaging affluent/premium customer segments
Demonstrated success in acquiring corporate clients for bulk and seasonal/festive orders
Solid outreach, networking, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivate
