Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
This role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating collaborations, and managing end-to-end campaign workflows. The Senior Executive will coordinate with internal teams and clients to align influencer activities with brand objectives, timelines, and budgets. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of content.



The role also requires staying current with social media trends, maintaining strong relationships with influencers and agencies, and contributing to new ideas for brand storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience with Influencer Marketing.
Robust Communication skills for clear client interaction, internal coordination, and influencer relationship management.
Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, including strategy, selection, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, platform algorithms, and content trends to drive reach and engagement.
Ability to manage Public Relations aspects of campaigns, including reputation management and brand positioning.
Basic understanding of Sales principles to support campaign pitches, upselling, and cross-selling services.
